GENERAL CONDITION Except as otherwise
expressly agreed,
Green Path Co. Ltd.
( Halong Travel) and its client (or “Client”)
and/or Agent (or “Agent”)
agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by Halong
Travel to the Client, whether on an individual or a tour basis (or the “Services”)
shall be governed by the Booking Conditions set out below and that the said
Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract,
whether verbal or written, entered into between Halong Travel and the

Pricing : Prices are according to category of accommodation , vehicles and others services mentioned on each tour programme. Confirmation [ Top] You should reconfirm your reservation and send deposit to HA LONG TRAVEL at least 7 working days before your arrival in Vietnam. Your reservation is effective only when you have done this confirmation already. Cancellation [ Top] If a client decides not to participate in the tour the deposit will be forfeited to cover communication expenses and cancellation charges. HA LONG TRAVEL must receive a deposit from the client as 30% of total tour cost at least 10 working days before the client's arrival. Deposit should be sent by bank draft or pay by Credit debit Card ( Master, Visa or American Express ) with debit form or transfer to bank account of HA LONG TRAVEL. After clients arrived in Vietnam the rest of the tour cost must be sent to HA LONG TRAVEL by transfer to our bank account, or in cash directly to HA LONG TRAVEL: ADD:

upon request. Insurance fees is 1.5USD/day/ person, cover with accident insurance up to 1000 USD (one thousands US dollars) at Vietnam Insurance Company (Bao Viet ). Hotel [ top ] Standard class hotels: The predominant level of accommodation. A/C, satellite T.V, adequate restaurant for breakfast if not lunch and dinner, IDD line at reception, worthy of 2** international comparison. First Class Hotel: The predominant level of accommodation. A/C, satellite T.V, adequate restaurant for breakfast if not lunch and dinner, IDD line at reception, worthy of 3*** international comparison. Superior Class Hotel: Worthy of 4**** international comparison. A/C, 24 hour room service, often large rooms and good views, choice of oriental and western cuisine, IDD lines in each room, business centre, etc. Deluxe hotels: Worthy of 5***** international comparison. A/C, 24 hour room service, often large rooms and good views, choice of oriental and western cuisine, IDD lines in each room, business centre, etc.
